This BCG is only advertised for use with .223/5.56. But that didn't stop us from testing it with 300blk!

Does it work?
Absolutely! the BCG performs exactly like any quality built BCG, we have absolutely no functional issues to report!
How do you use it for 300blk?
Simple, but yet complicated because the symbols are made for .223/5.56, so let me lay it out in a simple way to understand the uses of each position.
It is important to note that if you intend to use these settings you must first "mass tune" your 300blk platform to run your weakest subsonic ammunition with your suppressor of choice, and the BCG in position "U".
Once you have mass tuned according to what was suggested above, follow the settings below to get full use out of this BCG
Subsonic Suppressed - Position "U"
Supersonic Suppressed - Position "S"
Supersonic Un-Suppressed - Position "U"
You can still use any of the other settings to fine tune to your specific load, but we have not found it necessary to do so, although your results may vary.
So is it all rainbows and butterflies?
It may sound like it, but that is far from the truth. There are actually a few negatives to this BCG.
So lets list them off:
It's louder when using the bleed off function
It does not allow many ejection port covers to close
It requires the use of a tool to adjust
Requires added maintenance
It could damage your upper if you dont set the "S" adjustment improperly
It can cause ejection malfunctions if your dust cover is closed on your first shot
Only you can decide if these negatives outweigh the positives. If our opinion matters to you, we have moved away from this BCG as for us the positives don't outweigh the negatives.
Your opinions may vary, and this may very well be the perfect solution for you.
